what foods will be available during the week?
Tuesday: - Breakfast: bagels, muffins, scones, yogurt, cut fruit - Lunch: South of the Border (chicken tortilla soup, street tacos, three cheese quesadilla, beef barbacoa taquitos, rice, beans, churros) Wednesday: - Breakfast: protein boxes, yogurt parfaits, bagels, muffins, scones - Lunch: The Rockefeller (Salad, Soup, and a Sandwich) Thursday: - Breakfast: The Harrison (breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, fresh cut fruit, croissants, bakeries)
i have dietary restrictions, will there be food that fits my needs?

i am traveling into town; will i get per diem?
Yes, every employee traveling to Indianapolis for Ignite will receive $165 per diem. Per diem is non-taxable money to use for parking & transportation to/from the airport in your hometown, a few meals, checking luggage, and other travel expenses incurred. Per diem will provided on your paycheck the week before Ignite on January 11th.
I am not traveling into town; will I get per diem?
No, per diem is only for people traveling into town. Food will be provided during Ignite events. Expenses on the company credit card for meals that are not approved and will be taken out of your next paycheck.
what is the policy with company credit cards during the week of ignite?
NCW credit cards should NOT be used during the week of Ignite unless previously approved by your RSD or Manager. Use of the NCW credit card during Ignite week will result in expenses being deducted from your paycheck the week after Ignite.
I'm flying into indy. how will i get around while i am in town?
Uber codes will be texted directly to those who have flown into Indianapolis for transportation needs while in town and to/from the airport.

If you land in Indy after 2pm then we recommend heading straight to the hotel to check in.
what are the expectations at the holiday party?
Come ready to hang out and celebrate another great year at NCW during our annual Holiday party! Food and drinks will be provided. If you plan to drink alcohol, PLEASE be responsible during the event and have a plan for transportation. Everyone will receive ONE uber voucher to get home from the holiday party. There will be games and activities to partake in during the event, so come ready to play at the casino! This is the time to get to know your colleagues, make memories, and celebrate another year of growth and success at the Dub!
What is the holiday party theme?
NIGHT AT THE CASINO! Formal attire is suggested 😊
what is everything i need to know about the uber vouchers?
Uber vouchers cannot be used for scheduled rides. Rides should only be scheduled if you have a very early or late flight in which Ubers will typically not be accessible. If you end up scheduling a ride, please send the receipt to reimburseme@teamncw.com. All Uber vouchers will be texted to your cell phone on Friday, January 9th. All out-of-town employees who are flying in will receive 4 vouchers (3 for Ignite and 1 for getting home from the Holiday party on Thursday evening). Local staff and those who are driving into town will receive two Uber vouchers to have a ride to the venue and to safely get home from the party.,
Will all the sessions be recorded so i can watch them later?
Yes! Pending approval from a couple of speakers. We plan to record as many sessions as we are able to and make them accessible to everyone after Ignite so you can revisit them later on. We will also have all sessions available live via Teams since we'll have a remote participant this. year.
