Pre-Ignite Checklist

In order to maximize your experience at Ignite, we're asking you to complete a few things first. We promise it will pay off. Make sure to scroll through all the list items to ensure you didn't miss anything!

RSVP

If you have not submitted your RSVP, please do so ASAP. The RSVP form is on the home page of this website!

Sign Up for Workshops

When you RSVP for Ignite, you will be able to sign up for workshops. There will be two workshop sessions on Tuesday at the Hyatt Regency. Be sure you sign up for one session from 2:45-3:45 and the other from 3:45-4:45.

Team Presentations

You and your team will be responsible for submitting your completed team presentation no later than EOD Wednesday, January 7th. Please make sure you set a reminder. Powerpoint templates have been uploaded to a Seismic workspace that was shared with your team. If you have trouble accessing this, please reach out to Caroline Thomas.

Panel Questions

If you signed up for either the client panel or leadership panel, we ask that you submit (at least) one question prior to Ignite. Please submit your questions through this link or Alex will reach out for your question by December 5.

Please take your time to look around the website and gather updated information for our 2026 Ignite! We don't just put info on here for fun :) We will update the site frequently as we finalize details.

Sign up for a Headshot

In need of a new headshot? If you have not gotten yours taken by our photographer yet, or it's been over three years since your last headshot was taken, you are eligible to sign up for a new one! Please complete this form to sign up. Headshots will be from 8-8:45 AM on Thursday January 15th.
