Hotel
We are happy to be hosting all out-of-town employees at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis for the first time. Having travelers stay here makes it convenient to get to all activities on Tuesday - Thursday & gives guests a variety of food options within Downtown. We think you'll really enjoy all the Hyatt Regency has to offer.

check-in
Hotel check-in is available after 2pm on Monday. If you arrive earlier than this, you can come to NCW HQ and hang out until your room is ready! Please note, a personal credit card will be requested at check-in. This is strictly for incidentals and a deposit on the room, which should be returned upon check-out of the hotel. NCW will cover room fees and taxes.
getting around
We have created a map of the second floor where all Ignite activities will be taking place. You should not have to exit the building to get to any activities and there is even a skywalk entrance to the Circle Center Mall with a lot of dining and shopping options as well as a movie theatre. We will update the map if there are changes to locations this year.
getting to indy
If you are driving to Indianapolis with your own car, NCW will cover your mileage to and from Indy. Mileage payout will be added to your paycheck the week before Ignite (on Friday, January 17th). If you are flying into Indy, you will receive Uber vouchers to use to and from the airport, hotel, and NCW. All Uber vouchers will be texted to your cell phone in advance of Ignite. Uber
All Uber vouchers will be texted to your cell number on Friday, January 9th. Out-of-town employees flying in will receive four vouchers to use throughout the week. Use them wisely!
Local staff and those driving to town will receive one Uber voucher to get you safely home from the holiday party on Thursday evening. Unfortunately, you cannot schedule rides using these vouchers, this is the only situation in which rides will be reimbursed. If you need to schedule a ride, you can submit your reimbursement request to reimburseme@teamncw.com with an attached receipt.

credit card notice
NCW credit cards should NOT be used during the week of Ignite unless previously approved by your RSD or Manager. Use of the NCW credit card during Ignite week will result in expenses being deducted from your paycheck on January 24th.
per diem
Each staff member traveling to Indianapolis for Ignite week will receive $165 per diem. Per diem is tax-free money that you can use for parking/transportation to the airport in your hometown, a few meals, checked luggage, and other expenses you might incur due to travel. Per diem will be provided on your paycheck the week prior to Ignite on January 9th.
mileage reimbursement
Each staff member driving to Indianapolis for Ignite will receive mileage reimbursement in advance on their Friday, January 9th paycheck. For any round trip over 60 miles, you will receive $.30 per mile. Mileage will be pre calculated based on distance from home address to the Hyatt Regency.

Where do I park?
There are five (5) garages that we suggest parking at to utilize your parking stipend. Please refer to the parking page for more details.
Are there places to get food at the hotel or nearby?
Yes, the hotel has a Starbucks and restaurants (Fat Rooster, Eagles Nest, and Level One) located conveniently inside. But if that is not your fancy there are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. NCW will provide most meals and snacks for the week as part of the event, so you will not need to coordinate many food options for the week.
Is per diem provided?
Each staff member traveling to Indy for Ignite will receive $165 per diem. How do I book a flight for Ignite?
You won't need to book your own flight! Ashley Barker will reach out to you directly to book your flight to/from Indianapolis for Ignite. You can plan to fly in on Monday, January 12th and fly home on Friday, January 15th unless you have reason to come early or leave later.
Can I use my NCW credit card?
