The Hangar in Indianapolis is the ultimate spot for food, drinks, and fun! With its sleek, aviation-inspired design, this lively venue serves up delicious American eats and craft cocktails, while offering plenty of entertainment options like arcade games, shuffleboard, and sports simulator bays. You'll be able to enjoy music, games, and relaxing with great food and drinks in your 2000's best. The Hangar delivers a high-energy vibe and a social atmosphere that makes it a must-visit for locals and visitors alike. We'll also have Mario Kart set up for those interested in taking Yoshi or Peach around the track.

4-8 pm
The party will start promptly at 4pm! If you take a bus from the office or the hotel, be ready to get picked up on time. See the bus schedule below.

Transportation
If you plan to consume alcohol, we highly encourage utilizing NCW-provided transportation to the holiday party on Thursday. NCW has rented a charter bus to take people from either the office or the Sheraton to the Hangar. After the party ends at 8pm, please use Uber vouchers to get around other places. Everyone will receive Uber vouchers the week of the holiday party. This voucher is good for one ride that evening.
Bus Schedule
2pm - Bus picks up at NCW HQ & leaves for Sheraton Hotel
2:25pm - Bus arrives at Sheraton
3:00pm - Bus leaves Sheraton for NCW HQ
3:25pm - Bus makes pickup stop at NCW HQ & leaves
4:00 pm - Bus arrives at the Hangar

501 S. Madison, Indianapolis, IN 46225
If you aren't taking the bus to the venue, there is a recommended parking lot just north of the Hangar on the north side of W. South Street. The address is 20 W. South St., Indianapolis, IN 46225. This lot is usually monitored by a physical attendant or gate and is consistently the cheapest place to park in the area. Sorry, it isn't free parking.
PLEASE BE AWARE that the lot on the corner of Madison and W. South Street is NOT recommended because you will be ticketed if you do not pay by scanning the QR code and the price is significantly higher than the recommended lot. DO NOT PARK in the Arby's parking lot, they WILL TOW if you are not inside the Arby's restaurant.

Food
The Party Planning Committee is in the process of selecting menu items for the holiday party. If you have special dietary needs, please reach out to Caroline to let her know. We will share the menu once we have selected the items.
Beverages
The beverage package the PPC has chosen will allow each person a certain number of drink tickets that they can redeem over the 4 hours we will be The Hangar. We will give more details as the event gets closer.
This year's theme is early 2000's! In honor of NCW's 25th Anniversary, we're throwing it back to the styles of Y2K. Ladies, think uggs, choker necklaces, snakeskin, pinstripe, platform sandals, parachute pants, low-rise jeans, capris, bell bottoms, denim skirts, pageboy hats...the list goes on. Guys, go for ultra-baggy jeans, baggy tracksuits, vests, Timberlands, trucker hats, bold & expressive graphic tees, bucket hats & jerseys. For examples, you can check out our Pinterest board.
